EagleMed 8, the sixth satellite base for Ballard Aviation Inc./EagleMed was first started the Spring of 2002 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This rotor aircraft serves the people of Northern Central and Northwest Oklahoma and is located at the Stillwater Airport on H-77 and H-412.
With a crew of 4 registered nurses, 4 paramedics, 4 pilots and a dedicated Eurocopter B2 A-Star. EagleMed 8 is capable to transport critically ill or injured adults / pediatric patients to tertiary medical centers in Wichita, Oklahoma City and Tulsa Oklahoma.
EagleMed also responds to trauma related accidents with access to three Level 1 trauma centers in the region. We are proud to serve the 17 Hospitals and 20 EMS services region we live in, and gladly assist in anyway possible to insure timely, friendly, and professional service in air medical transport needs of our patients.
