EagleMed 12 proudly began service in the four states October 1st, 2003. We are based at Freeman Hospital, and service Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri in our primary response area. We fly a Eurocopter AS 355N twin engine helicopter provides safe and rapid care to critically ill and injured adult and pediatric patients in the area.
Our medical and aviation crewmembers have a wealth of experience. Our aviation crewmembers are all highly qualified and experienced. We currently employ 4 full time pilots and a full time A&P technician, many of whom began with the base when it first went into service. Our medical crewmembers have a wide background of critical care experience, from critical care ALS EMS services; to ER, ICU and Neonatal ICU to provide excellent care of a wide array of patients. Our medical staff includes 4 Registered Nurses, 3 Paramedics, and 3 Nurse/Medics.
