EagleMed requires the following criteria for consideration of employment as a medical flight specialist:
- Weight limit of 220 lbs, for helicopter aircraft.
- Height limit of six-feet, four inches (6’4”).
- Minimum three years critical care experience.
- Current certifications of ACLS, BLS and PALS are required. NRP and the EagleMed trauma course (ACTT), or audit of Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), or the Transport Nurse Advanced Trauma Course (TNATC) must be obtained with in 60 days after employment.
- Certified Flight Nurse or Certified Flight Paramedic is desirable.
- Flight Experience is desirable but not required.
- For full time flight crew members who are assigned to helicopter, the purchase of a helmet will be required after 90 days of employment. Payment can be arranged through payroll deduct.
NOTE: State requirements vary from state-to-state, this may require additional certifications / licensure.

A&P Technician
Description: A&P Technicians with AS-350 and King Air background needed for Part 135 life flight operations in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas. IA and/or pilot's license is a plus. EagleMed operates late model, low time, AS-350B2 and 90 series King Air. We currently have a fleet of 18 aircraft and growing. EagleMed offers factory schools with a one year commitment. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test. Must have good work ethics and great attitude. Pay is DOE, but is above average for industry and area. Full benefit and compensation package, to include 401K.

Communication Specialist
Description: A Communication Specialist performs radio, telephone and computer operations necessary to dispatch appropriate emergency unit, using departmental procedures to receive and processes information to and from airplane, helicopter and ambulance. The proper candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrating excellent and extensive verbal skills. Description: Part 135 EMS. 2000 hours of total time with 1000 hours PIC airplane, including 500 hours of multi-engine, 500 cross-country flying, 100 hours of night flight time and 100 hours of actual or simulated instrument time, at least 75 hours of which were in actual flight.

Description: A Flight Specialist is to perform skills and duties under the direction of the Medical Director, both on and off line to facilitate continuity of care during transport of critically ill and/or injured patients.
