The EagleMed 16 crew based in Bentonville, AR was open in the latter part of 2005 and is housed at the Betonville airport. The crew consist of three full time nurses and one part time nurse. On the medic side they have three full time flight medics and one part time flight medic. The aviation side they have four full time pilots and one base A&P Technician full time. The EagleMed 16 service area is Northwest Arkansas, Southern Missouri and Northeastern Oklahoma.
