EagleMed 17, the eleventh satellite base for Ballard Aviation Inc./EagleMed was first started the December of 2005 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. This rotor aircraft serves the people of Southern Oklahoma and Northern Texas is located at the Ardmore Downtown Executive Airport in Carter County.
With a crew of 5 registered nurses, 4 paramedics, 4 pilots and a dedicated Eurocopter B2 A-Star. EagleMed 17 is capable of transporting critically ill or injured adults / pediatric patients to tertiary medical centers in Oklahoma City, and Dallas, Texas.
EagleMed also responds to trauma related accidents with access to two Level 1 trauma centers in the region. We are proud to serve the 21 Hospitals and 9 EMS services region we live in, and gladly assist in anyway possible to insure timely, friendly, and professional service in air medical transport needs of our patients.
